Does anyone know if there are indoor venues for hosting a kids birthday party, such as a rental party room?

I rent out Parents' Place in Neihu for kids parties. Cost is 2500 including simple decorations, plates, forks and cups and clean up.

Yu Kids Island also rents out a room for parties.

There is a place off Zhongxiao East Road Section 4, corner of Dunhua, sorry can't remember the name of the place but attended a children's party there at the end of summer, they did all the catering, had entertainers on hand including balloon toymaker, magician, the lot... all inclusive.

The place is a little difficult to find, you kind of stumble over it... go round the back of the Starbucks (into the pedestrian area) and walk towards Dunhua, the party place is on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the building at the end, there are signs!!

There's a nice space for crawling babies to older toddlers called Leo's Playland on #301 Ren'ai rd, sec. 5. It's a clean environment with lots of friendly staff on hand to help. They have party rooms available. The only downside is that hey are a little on the pricier side.
