Taiwaneasia username and password to log into Taiwanted

Tried it many times but can never log in....just get a message Please wait a moment while we log you in...

What browser and operating system are you using? If you are using internet explorer, can you let me know what security level you are using (tools-> internet options -> security)?

Using the Taiwanease login means we need to use our home site (here, Taiwanease) to log into Taiwanted. Some browser security settings will not allow this. Generally, it is typical for any high tech web company to use cross-site logins (google, yahoo, etc.), but some settings can disable this (for good reason). You can let me know your browser and I will try to find the setting that is causing a problem.

win 7 64bit, using IE9 32bit...security level is custom..

This first that that comes to my mind is:

tools->security->custom-> Here make sure 'Active Scripting' is enabled. You also need to make sure cookies are enabled.

Oh, and also with the above, you should add Taiwanted and Taiwanease to the trusted sites. I'm not sure where this is in ie9, but in other versions of IE it was Internet Options->Security->Sites.

my trusted sites security level is at Medium...so i dont think there is a need to add both sites to the trusted sites...i will try it...Acive scripting and cookies are enabled...

i can login to Taiwaneasia without and problems....i also tried to first log into Taiwaneasia and then log into Taianwated but the result was the same..

Yes, I can see the login attempts, which is why I think it is a security setting. The process seems to fail for you when retrieving login information from taiwanease.
