I first tried the food at the Calcutta Indian Restaurant a few weeks ago and was sincerely impressed!!! :smile:

We – that is the effervescent Lili, charming jimipresley, and my own psychedelic self, stopped in there last night to eat more (the food is so damn good) and to chat to the owner. Believe me, the food ROCKS!

Why were you underwhelmed? I eat there at least three times a month and have never been disappointed. In fact, it's my favourite restaurant in Taipei. I always get the same dishes, though. :thumbsup:

Hmm, one dish in particular was pretty bad. Vegetable tomato cream thing. Left feeling pretty queasy as a result. Maybe just an off dish then!
