Children's Health forum has permissions issues (Resolved)

Hey Anthony, I suspect when the permissions were changed, they now let anybody post in the forum. See this thread for an example: viewtopic.php?f=46&t=5770

This thread was originally in Children's Health, but I'm going to temp it now. [Edit: Apparently I'm not a moderator in that forum. I guess I was mistakenly under the impression that I was. No biggie, though.]

I remember this same thing happened on Forumosa, so you may need to look into this for both of the forums mentioned in this thread that you fixed.
